Description
Inspired by a text by E.E. Cummings, the goat-footed balloonMan is an funk-based, improv-esque original work for Bass Clarinet and Five-Octave Marimba with hi-hat. It is extremely challenging, presenting rhythmic and technical challenges for both performers, but is rewarding in overall scope. This was commissioned in 2013 by the talented bass clarinetist Daniel Malacon.
